DANNY CONNOLLY
BIOGRAPHY

 Born and raised in Baytown, Texas

Graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise & Sport Sciences and a minor in Nutrition

Hired by the famed Cooper Aerobics Center in Dallas, Tx., Connolly was their youngest trainer at the time, chosen out of over 400 applicants prior to graduating from Texas Tech.  He quickly became one of the C.F.C.'s elite trainers, helping many of Dallas' most influential business person's (among others) achieve their goals while enriching their lives.  He also worked with professional athletes and the handicapped during his time there.  Under Danny's direct supervision, one of his first clients overcame (C.F.S.) Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and she was actuallly awarded 'Rookie of the Year' honors at the annual awards gala in 95'


Relocating to Los Angeles in 97', he worked at the exclusive Sports Club L.A. as a Private trainer before starting his own training business.  For the last 10+ years, he has been training clients (including several of L.A.'s most powerful and influential leaders in the fields of Politics, Entertainment, and Media) at PRO GYM in Brentwood where he has lived.  He also worked with  select clientele at their home gyms in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Brentwood


Connolly has also written articles for National and local publications such as the Seventeen Magazine, Westside Today, and has been featured in the Brentwood News/Health and Fitness Section multiple times

His most recent article will be featured in the upcoming (Aug. 2010) Seventeen Magazine, and is a follow-up to an earlier one appearing in (April 09') entitled 'Get Awesome Legs', pages 92-93 

Currently, Danny has returned to Dallas to open up his own fitness studio.  The location is in the West Village in Uptown, and will be called InCinR8

He is also working to complete his first fitness book and has filmed a series of instructional dvds which will be available for purchase eventually
